Bundles of folded ballots were discovered at the Dongjak-gu vote counting center on Election Day for the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education in October 2024. This video was reported to reporter Heo Gyeom by the person who found them.

The Hanmiilbo YouTube channel is gaining significant empathy from netizens by producing shorts (short videos) based on numerous pieces of evidence of election fraud presented during the 'End Election Fraud Debate' on February 27th.

The video released on the 1st, titled 'Lawyer Park Ju-hyun: "Bundles of Folded Ballots Appeared"', depicts lawyer Park's efforts to present bundles of ballots, which should never occur, as evidence of election fraud.

During the vote counting for the 21st presidential election in 2025, ballots folded in bundles of multiple sheets were discovered nationwide.

Regarding the appearance of ballots folded into bundles, lawyer Park Ju-hyun stated, "This time, they created counterfeit ballots and instructed them to be folded in half. However, due to manual labor, the manipulators apparently said, 'It's too difficult' (due to the large number of counterfeit ballots), and five ballots were bundled together before being caught."

Even paper experts have said that paper that can be restored to its original state is impossible."

She further stated that when such memory paper ballots were discovered, the process should have stopped but was forced to continue, and that these 'restorable' ballots occurred not in one location but "across the country." Lawyer Park presented an album of photos from various locations where the same incident occurred as evidence.

When Lee Jun-seok, the party leader, asked if the National Election Commission had indeed used the term 'shape-retaining paper,' lawyer Park clarified that they used the phrase 'special paper that restores to its original state' and revealed a video produced by the National Election Commission featuring a well-known announcer.

In the National Election Commission's promotional YouTube video, the announcer explained, "Unlike regular paper, ballot paper uses a special material with a function that allows it to return to its original state after being folded, to prevent paper jams during ballot sorting."

The issue is that the National Election Commission silently deleted this video.

Why was the video quietly removed? Netizens pointed out that it was deleted shortly after a paper expert stated that 'shape-retaining paper is absolutely impossible.'

Lee Jun-seok, the party leader, was momentarily speechless by the undeniable evidence of election fraud.

Meanwhile, the Hanmiilbo YouTube video has received over 40,000 views and more than 10,000 likes as of the 4th, with significant positive feedback from netizens.
