Hanmi Ilbo YouTube is gaining significant traction among netizens by creating short videos based on numerous pieces of evidence of election fraud presented during the 'End Debate on Election Fraud' held on February 27th.

The video released on the 2nd, "Lawyer Park Ju-hyun: 'There is a 197-year-old voter on the National Election Commission's list'," showed how unreliable the voter list is by presenting the discrepancy between the number of voters in the 'Ministry of the Interior and Safety Resident Registration System' and the 'Integrated Voter Register provided by the National Election Commission' as evidence of election fraud.

Lawyer Park stated, "The integrated voter register is created based on the systems of district offices and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. However, in the case of Incheon Yeonsu-eul, there were 21 residents aged 100 or older according to the resident registration. In contrast, the integrated voter register listed 30 people aged 100 or older," reporting that the numbers were inflated by more than 30%.

When Lee Jun-seok, leader of the Future Party, asked if it was a common administrative error, Lawyer Park replied, "The voter register is created based on people registered with district offices and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. (Even if there were previous errors,) the numbers should be the same."

Furthermore, she mentioned that the voter register for the 21st General Election in 2020 included individuals born in 1903, such as 'Tanaka Kane,' and even those aged 115 and 117, who were older.

Lawyer Park also reported, "The most severe case is a 197-year-old voter listed on the register in Jindong-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, during the 21st General Election. The presence of someone from the Joseon Dynasty's King Sunjo's era on the voter list fundamentally indicates that the voter list is unreliable."

When Lee Jun-seok asked, "If a 197-year-old grandmother is listed on both the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's list and the voter register, what is wrong?", Lawyer Park pointed out, "The problem is that the numbers are different. The inflation of numbers from 21 to 30 is the biggest issue."

When Lee Jun-seok suggested, "Wouldn't the discrepancy disappear if we filter out the incorrect numbers?", Lawyer Park responded, "Instead, the numbers on the National Election Commission's list were higher. The inflated numbers amount to 4.3 million."

In the past, the media also reported on this issue, stating that "resident registration records can be inaccurate due to unreported deaths, and just because they are listed on the voter register does not mean they voted."

However, the key points highlighted by Lawyer Park on this day were ① that the numbers between the two registers differed, and ② that the numbers on the voter register were actually higher.

Finally, Lawyer Park strongly argued, "During the election nullification lawsuit, we requested 'an investigation of the voter register, a full investigation of Geumchon 2-dong, and a sample investigation to determine if the election was properly conducted,' but the Supreme Court completely ignored these requests. The National Assembly should address this."
