Everyone has likely heard the saying, "The pen is mightier than the sword." It is said that this phrase first appeared in a play written by an English author in the early 1800s. However, the history of human politics has proven that this statement is an undeniable truth.
Look no further than North Korea. Everyone would agree that North Korea is a country where the entire nation is united around the Workers' Party. Of course, some people might say, "North Korea has citizens in its grip through public executions and political prison camps." These individuals are only looking at the surface of North Korea.
North Korea's Propaganda and Agitation that Brainwashed 23 Million Citizens
Consider the North Koreans who fled to China to escape starvation during the "Arduous March," desperately exclaiming, "Don't slander our Great Leader! The people below are bad, but our Great Leader is not at fault."
What is the power that allows North Korea to so effectively brainwash its 23 million citizens? It is not guns or political prison camps. It is, in fact, the power of words originating from the tip of a pen, a tool of propaganda and agitation.
Guns and political prison camps can instill fear in the populace, but they can never instill brainwashed loyalty. North Korea has brainwashed its entire population into loyal slaves through fabricated writings from the tip of a pen.
Fabricated writings from the tip of a pen have turned North Koreans into loyalists who, instead of saving their possessions, carry portraits of Kim Il-sung out of burning homes and leap into the sea with portraits of Kim Il-sung even when their ship is sinking.
Three million North Korean residents starved to death simply by believing a few lines of fabricated text from the North Korean Workers' Party, "Trust only the Leader and the Party," and sitting idly by.
One book, containing the fabricated theory "On Juche Ideology" written by Hwang Jang-yop, turned tens of thousands of South Korean youths into Juche sympathizers who betrayed their homeland and pledged loyalty to the Kim Il-sung family. It is all the power of writing.
As can be seen, writing from the same pen can make citizens patriots and fighters if it is good, but it can turn them into slaves or traitors if it is bad.
The Kim Il-sung family has used bad writings to turn the North Korean people into submissive slaves and South Korean youth into traitors who betray their country.
The Leftists Who Impeached Two Presidents and Imprisoned Them Through Fake Agitation
The reason I am writing this today is not simply to brag about writing.
It is because a person who served as President of South Korea has also written fabricated articles, making himself and South Korea an international object of criticism and ridicule, and turning allies into enemies.
On April 6th, President Lee Jae-myung created fear by stating in a cabinet meeting that the spread of fake news is an act of rebellion and demanding a strong response. Then, on April 10th, he cited an account from Palestine claiming that Israeli soldiers tortured Palestinian children and threw them off a roof, writing, "If this is true, it is no different from the comfort women and the Holocaust we criticize, or such wartime killings."
However, the video in question was actually filmed during the Israeli army's operation in Kabatiya in the West Bank in 2024, unrelated to the current war, and showed the handling of the bodies of Palestinian militants killed during clashes.
In the end, the President, who vociferously demanded that the spread of fake news be punished as an act of rebellion, himself took the lead in spreading fake news globally, an act of shame that only a mere "gutter journalist" would commit.
As a result, President Lee Jae-myung's anti-Israel political tendencies and questions about his qualifications became known to the world, and it has now escalated into a significant diplomatic friction between South Korea and Israel.
This is a disgrace to the South Korean government and a serious incident negatively impacting the nation's dignity. Therefore, President Lee Jae-myung must take responsibility for the rebellion of spreading fake news as he instructed and be punished.
"Even presidents must go to prison if they commit crimes" is a statement made by Lee Jae-myung himself.
However, President Lee is now busy making excuses for his mistakes, and his followers are justifying his wrongdoings, acting subserviently without any shame.
As can be seen, the real culprits of "fake news" in this South Korea are none other than the leftists who impeached and imprisoned two conservative presidents through fake writings and fake agitation.
Such individuals, in their eternal effort to cover up their sins, will face divine retribution for their evil acts of suing, prosecuting, and imprisoning patriots for fake news and defamation.
