The Republic of Korea is suffering from threats both internal and external. More terrifying than external weapons are the internal cancer cells that drain the nation's vitality and paralyze its central nervous system.

The so-called "pro-North Korea cartel," which denies the constitutional values of the Republic of Korea and follows North Korea's directives, has evolved beyond a hardcore ideological group into a massive "Trojan horse" aiming to dismantle the national system itself.

In this installment of "Deconstructing the Cartel," we aim to find solutions by revealing the ideological roots, the reality of human infiltration, and the concrete destructive behaviors that hinder national development by the "pro-North Korea Juche faction" cartel.

1. The ideological roots of the pro-North Korea cartel began with the positional warfare of the Juche faction, sparked by 'Steel Letters.'

The "ideological chain" of the "pro-North Korea Juche faction" cartel for the communization of the Republic of Korea is not simple. It possesses a sophisticated internal subversion system that paralyzes national strategic judgment and destroys the engine of growth. The roots of this chain trace back to the Juche faction of the 1980s, and it now operates as a substantial evil force distorting national policies across the board.

① A monstrous organization born from distorted ideology

The progenitor of the "pro-North Korea Juche faction" cartel is the Juche faction (Juche Ideology Followers), ignited by 'Steel Letters' in 1986. They blindly adhered to the NL (National Liberation) line, defining the Republic of Korea as a "colony of the United States," and have praised the plunder of 99.9% of the people by the 0.1% leader cartel in North Korea as "sovereign dignity."

Their inability to see the brutal contradictions of the "North Korean leader" cartel is not due to a lack of information. It is an "intentional blindness" that averts the truth to maintain the power hunger and fighting drive of outsiders, and the result of a peculiar symbiotic relationship where North Korea serves as an ideological and material host.

Following Antonio Gramsci's "positional warfare" model, they have occupied key positions in the legislative, judicial, media, and educational sectors, hiding behind the moral shield of "democratization." This "Kim Il-sung scholar" network has now become a "Trojan horse" inside the national decision-making system, including the National Assembly, to collapse the Republic of Korea from within.

② A determined group paralyzing security infrastructure

Strategic security strongholds, where the nation's survival is at stake, have been turned into ideological battlegrounds by these individuals. They turned "Gangjeong Village" into a symbol of conflict, delaying the Jeju naval base construction for several years, and spread "electromagnetic wave myths" that disregarded scientific data before and after the deployment of THAAD in Seongju, attempting to sow discord in the ROK-US alliance.

This is not mere opposition. It is an intricate cognitive warfare aimed at destroying the Republic of Korea for the benefit of China and North Korea. The astronomical national losses and security gaps resulting from this have been passed on directly to the lives and taxes of the people.

③ A self-inflicted wound to energy sovereignty

The most tragic example is the destruction of the K-nuclear power ecosystem, which boasted world-class standards. The blind "anti-nuclear ideology," which disregarded scientific evidence, was an act of economic self-harm that castrated a key future strategic asset of the nation. What filled the void left by the halted nuclear power plants was not energy independence, but solar power projects reliant on Chinese components.

The reality of an "ideology-interest convergence type pro-North Korea cartel" has been revealed, where cooperatives of a specific political inclination monopolize profits and extort public funds. The nation's lifeline of energy security has been degraded into a means to enrich the pro-North Korea Juche faction cartel.

2. The reality of human infiltration revealed through spy ring incidents and sophisticated underground organizations

The danger of the pro-North Korea cartel extends beyond abstract ideological debates; it has evolved into a "practical force operating in a cell-like structure," directly connected to North Korea's anti-South Korea operations departments. They are a tangible security threat capable of paralyzing the nation's core, not just mere supporters. Their human infiltration will continue until the North Korean regime collapses.

① An underground network dreaming of subversion

The forces of the former hundreds-strong National Democratic Revolution Party (Mindahyeokdang) did not disappear after its dissolution; they established a human foundation by strategically positioning themselves in various sectors of society. The RO (Revolutionary Organization) led by former Assemblyman Lee Seok-ki was born from this ideological soil.

This organization, with about 130 participants, plotted to destroy national infrastructure such as communications and oil depots in case of emergency, proving that forces operating under the guise of a legal party can suddenly transform into an "armed struggle organization" plotting to overthrow the system at any time.

② Ongoing espionage activities

Recent cases like "Jeju HG H" and the "Changwon For Korean Reunification People's Vanguard" demonstrate that the pro-North Korea Juche faction cartel is a real threat operating as a sophisticated cell-like organization. They contacted North Korean agents abroad and carried out specific directives such as "anti-government protests" and "suspension of ROK-US joint military exercises."

The intelligent cell-like structure, where a single core leader commands a network of dozens of people in each region, is reportedly seizing control of the security nervous system while evading the surveillance of public authority.

3. Neutralization of the decision-making system through legislative distortion and financial parasitism

The pro-North Korea cartel employs a sophisticated strategy to disarm the nation through legitimate means such as "rule of law" and "democracy" by seizing control of the core of the national decision-making system. This induces intelligent self-destruction, causing the national system to dismantle its own defense mechanisms. When the North Korean regime collapses, all their directives will be revealed.

① Legislation that "neutralizes security" under the guise of legality

They have transformed the National Assembly from a hall of public opinion into a channel that represents the interests of a specific cartel and North Korea's demands. Actions such as halting loudspeaker broadcasts to North Korea, forcibly enacting a law banning leaflets to North Korea, and advocating for the repeal of the National Security Act, all strongly opposed by the North Korean regime, precisely align with their demands.

They are imposing "legal shackles" that neutralize and selectively enact legislation directly related to national security, thereby tying the hands of the Republic of Korea's security system so it cannot respond promptly to North Korean provocations. Strengthening the conditions for martial law, under the pretext of preventing martial law, is also a ploy to preemptively paralyze the administrative system in an emergency.

② "Financial parasitism" that eats away at national finances

More seriously, the hard-earned money of the Republic of Korea's citizens is paradoxically being used as a "treasonous funding source" for forces that deny the nation. Hundreds of billions of won in subsidies from the central and local governments, flowing in under the guise of civic organizations, are diverted to the operating and event expenses of ideological groups.

This signifies the solidification of a "host-parasite" structure where national funds become nourishment for cancer cells that corrode national security. This bizarre symbiotic relationship, where funds from the state are used for activities that destroy the state, shakes the foundations of the rule of law and represents the worst state crime of using taxpayer money as fuel for national subversion.

4. National Identity and the Normalization of the Republic of Korea

The pro-North Korea Juche faction cartel, dreaming of an ideological utopia at the expense of the Republic of Korea's prosperity, is not merely a political opponent but an "internal enemy" and an intelligent cancer cell aiming for systemic collapse. The current political ruin that defends enemies, ignores, and despises the people cannot be understood through vote-conscious political behavior alone.

This can only be seen as evidence of fraudulent elections that create political power through vote manipulation. Fraudulent elections are a more fatal threat to national security and a more fatal act of rebellion than enemy provocations.

The only path to national normalization is to completely sever the symbiotic relationship between the pro-North Korea and pro-China cartels, which are connected to the fraudulent election cartel. Silent sovereignty is mere submission. Before the heart of sovereignty stops beating, the security nervous system destroyed by the pro-North Korea Juche faction must be restored and the collapsed national identity rebuilt through the unified, unyielding determination of the free right wing.
