Kim Jang-gyeom and citizens gathered one after another, expanding the confrontation.
Representative Jang and People Power Party lawmakers announced around 2 PM that they had reached an agreement with sports council officials to enter the Handball Gymnasium. Accordingly, the sports council attempted to enter again, but a citizen stubbornly blocked them, causing the entry to fall through.
Representative Jang stated around 2:50 PM, "Currently, one person is blocking the entrance, so it is not a situation where we can enter the scene," and added, "We will persuade them until the end, but if even a single person blocks the door, we have no intention of forcing our way through."

Tan (Korean name: Tan Hyun-myung), former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice, who visited his motherland out of concern for the future of South Korea in its desperate crisis but found himself in a weary situation due to an exit ban, instead delivered a deeply moving message of historic proportions—"Youth, rise up and fight"—to boost courage.
Former Ambassador Morse Tan, who visited Korea last year as the head of the International Election Monitoring Team (IEMT) and closely monitored election irregularities during this 'June 3 fraudulent election,' stated, "At the core of major social transformations in Korean history, there has always been a 'Youth Movement.'" Under God's grace, he strongly urged the youth of South Korea to fight to the end against the dictatorial government that seized power through election fraud.
Former Ambassador Tan, having completed his investigation activities with the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud (KUJIT), spoke at the public report conference of the joint investigation team held on a special stage outside the Rose Park Gate inside Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from 7 PM on the 10th. He drew deep emotion from the audience by emphasizing, "When the young generation in their 20s and 30s rises up, we can see new changes happening in Korean history. Right now is your time, your opportunity, your moment, and your destiny."
He repeatedly asserted, "In the future, when your children and grandchildren look at history books and ask what their parents and grandparents did, wouldn't you want to answer that mom and dad, and grandma and grandpa, took all the risks and fought together to win back our country?" He added, "This is God's will and your destiny, wanting to establish truth, goodness, and justice throughout the world by making Korea strong again and making the ROK-U.S. alliance strong again."
He placed particular emphasis, saying, "I want this torch to burn hotter, grow bigger, and become more intense," adding, "In the future, when you see the page recording this moment in history books, you will remember that although Korea could have been lost at that time, the people rose up, fought, and won back the country."
On this day, former Ambassador Morse Tan warned that the methods China used to swallow Hong Kong are currently being openly practiced in Korea.
He disclosed, "U.S. President Donald Trump said that handing Hong Kong over to China during his first administration was his greatest failure," adding, "When I met and spoke with Secretary of State Pompeo at the time (of the first administration), he spoke about the failure to protect Hong Kong in this way."
He then recalled the pre-modern methods of violence and oppression mobilized by China to take control of Hong Kong, and spared no encouragement, saying, "If you stand against them with strong, peaceful, and nonviolent resistance, their cruel and brutal force will be exposed. This public report conference on the 'June 3 fraudulent election' marks a milestone that crowns the activities of the investigation team.
Accordingly, Ambassador Tan and Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who arrived from the United States, turned out in full force along with Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation Party (former Acting President and Prime Minister), Min Kyung-wook, former Member of National Assembly (Standing Chairman of the People's Struggle Headquarters against the 4.15 Fraudulent Election), Park Joo-hyun, attorney (Korean head of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud), Jeon Han-gil, representative of 1WAY News, Professor Seo Mi-ran (Deputy Commander of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud), and Dr. Wi Geum-sook (Chairperson of the Special Committee on Reform for Freedom and Innovation). They exposed the current state of South Korea's voting rights, which have been brutally trampled upon, and called for public awakening.
Dr. Frank aroused great interest from the audience by stating, "Please continue to keep a close watch, a truly amazing thing will unfold."
He said this, noting, "Chairman (Mike) Lindell, whom I spoke with an hour ago, said he will upload everything regarding Korea onto his website and will also show it to President Trump."
In particular, he shared his impressions from the investigation activities, saying, "Korea has lost its president; he was a legitimate president," referring to the fact that the innocent President Yoon Suk-yeol was dismissed, and adding, "Coming to Korea, I realized that Korea is a place in desperate need of help."
Following his remarks about losing President Yoon Suk-yeol to a fraudulent election, he also hinted at U.S. intervention, stating, "Since you have also lost the National Assembly, it is a point where active intervention is needed."
Furthermore, he delivered an overall assessment that virtually regards the situation as a 'complete gift set,' saying, "As a scientist, I like to see through everything from the bottom up," and based on his hawk-eyed, meticulous look into the Korean election, "In Korea, the entire toolbox of election fraud is being used."
Dr. Frank stated, "We already knew in 2021 that serious election fraud was being carried out in Korea."
Judging by the fact that he displayed IP attack data on the screen and previously mentioned, "Before coming to Korea, I did not know well about the reality of Korea's fraudulent elections," this remark is interpreted to mean that they had already grasped back in 2021 that Korea intervened in U.S. election manipulation. He personally appeared in the 2021 documentary 'Absolute Interference' produced by CEO Lindell, and had made similar mentions during his initial meeting with the investigation team's IT analysis team prior to his visit to Korea.
According to him, manipulation algorithm patterns were discovered in this June 3 election as well. Based on these grounds, it is analyzed that he reached a certain conclusion that "the entire toolbox of election fraud was fully mobilized."
Dr. Frank emphasized the danger, saying, "Electronic devices are linked anywhere in the world," and then pointed out, "That is why it was not surprising that the A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies) headquarters is located in Korea. It is sponsored by USAID (United States Agency for International Development), and the Trump administration cut off financial support here."
He then pulled up a screen that read, "In an ocean of incompetence, mountains of corruption flourish," and urged the public to continue fighting the corrupt government, saying, "The entire world is watching Korea."
He highly praised the crowd, saying, "President Trump once tweeted that he 'wants to lead a movement,' and you are doing exactly that. Koreans are showing the epitome of the movement that President Trump wanted to carry out."
In relation to this, Dr. Frank mentioned Tina Peters, the former Mesa County Clerk, saying, "Because your movement is so powerful, America also wants to join your war," and even shouted, "Yoon Again."
Finally, he requested that the fight to eradicate election fraud continue, saying, "The Korean government might not admit it, but they are afraid of you because power lies with you. We must stay awake and fight together. Because this is not our fight, but God's fight."
When former Ambassador Morse Tan and Dr. Frank took the stage, the crowd warmly welcomed the guests from America by chanting "USA" and "Stop the steal."
Chairman Hwang Kyo-ahn, who took charge of the first keynote speech from the Korean side, also placed hope in the nationwide youth movement that rose up like wildfire to restore electoral justice, receiving a large round of applause as he attached great significance, saying, "Because those in their 20s and 30s stepped forward, South Korea and the world are changing right now."
Referring to the area around the Handball Gymnasium, where the 2030 generation is leading a voluntary struggle to protect the ballot boxes, Chairman Hwang emphasized, "There are 380 ballot boxes inside, and though we don't know what will come out, it has already all been exposed, so they can't even hide it anymore. Between 30,000 and 50,000 young people are guarding it, so even when those people try to break through, they can't. I believe what we are protecting right now is the will of the people."
He repeatedly stressed the significance, saying, "It was not by chance that Chairman Lindell sent Dr. Frank's group to us. Right now, America has come."
Former National Assembly Member Min Kyung-wook, who took the podium next, presented foreign cases of holding re-elections and urged, "Let's fight to the end to achieve this."
He explained, "In Austria's mail-in voting, four envelopes had weak glue and fell apart, and an objection was raised that the election was invalid because it was conducted without oversight due to a shortage of observers at the counting station. It seemed like nothing to us, but they held the presidential election again back then."
He also emphasized that this is by no means an issue to be dismissed as a groundless claim, pointing out that there are international precedents: "In Berlin, Germany, because the Berlin Marathon was held during the election period, some voters couldn't vote after 6 PM and had to turn back. Because exit polls are announced at 6 PM, those who waited after 6 PM due to a lack of ballots were ruled to have had their voting rights infringed, and a re-election was held."
He put an end to the debate, saying, "People who talk about it being a 'flawed vote' are muddying the point. A re-election is held because the election went wrong; a re-election is not held due to mere flaws. It is because there was a fraudulent election that the election is held again."
On this day, former Member Min also shared his thoughts upon looking around the Jamsil site, where as many as around 100,000 people gathered: "When I fought against the fraudulent election 6 years and 2 months ago, there was no one else besides a few people present here, so I felt lonely, isolated, sad, and depressed. But these days, I feel that the world has changed a lot and is moving toward the path of justice."
Attorney Park Joo-hyun, who has served as the Korean head of KUJIT, repeatedly emphasized the justification for declaring the election null and void, saying, "This June 3 local election significantly violated the freedom and fairness of the election, and there is a sufficient possibility that it affected the election results."
Based on the application for preservation of evidence he is drafting, he presented a milestone for the anti-government struggle in Jamsil, stating, "This local election has more than enough instances that satisfy the requirements for election nullity," based on five grounds: △the shortage of ballots occurring at more than 140 polling stations nationwide; △the violation of the ballot transport deadline and doubts raised over the integrity of ballots due to poor management; △allegations raised regarding discrepancies in voter counts and computer manipulation; △numerous reports of the existence of forged ballots, damaged seals, and poor ballot box management; and △claims raised that the verification by observers was not sufficiently guaranteed during the counting process.
Professor Seo Mi-ran and Dr. Wi Geum-sook, who fulfilled the grueling task of collecting and analyzing evidence of election fraud for Freedom and Innovation—the only domestic political party to adopt the eradication of election fraud as a party platform—also took the stage.
They spoke with one voice, saying, "In this June 3 local election, there are too many instances where the National Election Commission completely ignored the law in managing the election," while displaying videos and photos on the screen, causing the audience, who witnessed the grim reality of their voting rights, to express outrage at the shocking reality.
After revealing all sorts of anomalous fraudulent ballots, Professor Seo emphasized that the entire nation must know the clear evidence of election fraud that goes beyond mere negligence, saying, "Such ballots poured out, so we cannot accept the election results."
Dr. Wi also demanded a thorough investigation and strong punishment, saying, "We cannot stand by and watch the outrages of the National Election Commission, which completely neutralizes the law, calls lies the truth, and calls the truth a lie."
Jeon Han-gil, a former star history instructor and representative of 1WAY News, credited the so-called pioneers and expressed his gratitude. Regarding the claims of a 'shoddy election'
from some quarters, PD Lee emphasized, "We must absolutely not mislead what is happening now as shoddy. Shoddy is making a mistake or doing something wrong for a brief moment, but this is a clear criminal act.
Criminal acts must be uncovered and punished."
He then pointed out that as an immediate task, "Manual counting for same-day voting is the most important goal." Slogan boards such as ‘CCP OUT’

Meanwhile, earlier that afternoon, the court rejected the application to preserve the regular ballots and ballot boxes from Jamsil stored at the Handball Gymnasium counting station.
The Seoul Eastern District Court Civil Division 51 (Presiding Judge Kim Ji-yeon) made an excuse for the reason that day, stating, "It is difficult to view that there is a lack of relevance to the facts intended to be proven, or that there are circumstances making it difficult unless evidence examination is conducted in advance before election litigation."

Public outrage is spreading as the election authorities stated that the phenomenon where the vote counts among candidates in regions such as Incheon, Jeonnam, and Gwangju in the June 3 local elections were identical down to the decimal point was "a coincidental result."
In the Incheon mayoral election, the early voting numbers in neighboring Songdo 1-dong and 2-dong turned out exactly identical at a ratio of '3030 to 1440,'
and besides the Songdo area, twin vote counts appeared in a total of 12 places nationwide, including Songjeong 1-dong in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, with 1,401 votes vs Lee Jung-hyun's 120 votes.
