He has urged the National Election Commission to conduct an objective investigation into additional evidence.

On the 28th, Attorney Do wrote on his Facebook page, "I attended the Tongyeong mayoral election recount held yesterday (the 27th) at the Gyeongsangnam-do Election Commission as a representative for candidate Cheon Young-gi," adding, "During the recount process, we identified discrepancies in the number of voters, inadequate sealing and storage conditions, abnormal appearances of early voting ballots, and inconsistencies between the vote records and the actual ballots."

Attorney Do announced that he would officially request five key items in writing from the Gyeongsangnam-do Election Commission to fully resolve the raised suspicions.

The official requests include: ① verification against original scanned images of the ballots, ② checking the continuity between serial number stubs and remaining ballots, ③ providing copies of video footage from the recount tables, ④ verifying whether markings were stamped or printed using a handheld microscope, and ⑤ conducting a sample check on whether early voters listed in the registry actually cast their votes.

Attorney Do also released photos of the mail-in early voting ballot bundles he took at the recount site. The photos draw attention by showing a clear solid line on the side of the ballots, which raises suspicions of election fraud.

He emphasized, "A single vote in an election is not merely a number, but a person's sovereignty. Every digit must match down to the last unit, and the integrity of every ballot must be proven from storage through to verification."

He added, "Instead of ignoring the raised suspicions, the Election Commission must provide clear answers that the public can accept through objective data and additional evidence investigation."
