The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has partnered with South Korea's Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) to provide South Korean-style electronic vote-counting systems to various countries, leading to controversies such as allegations of election fraud. USAID and A-WEB are central pillars of a global election fraud cartel, providing electronic vote-counting systems to countries like Venezuela, Bolivia, and Honduras under the guise of "developing country support." Venezuela, Bolivia, and Honduras are all nations embroiled in controversy due to allegations of election fraud.
As U.S. President Donald Trump prepares for military action against Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro regime for reasons including drug trafficking, election fraud, and human rights abuses, the Honduran presidential election, held on November 30 (local time), is drawing global attention.
Honduran Presidential Election Undergoing Vote Counting for Six Days
The vote counting for the Honduran presidential election, which began on Election Day, November 30, abruptly stopped in the middle of the night. The Honduran National Electoral Council (CNE) announced that real-time vote-counting updates were suspended due to "unforeseen technical issues" during the announcement of the initial vote count. This raises suspicion, especially since the right-wing candidate Nasry Asfura, who is supported by Trump, was leading at the time.
The ruling party's candidate, Rixi Moncada, was in third place and out of contention for the lead. The right-wing candidate Asfura and the center-right candidate Salvador Nasralla were vying for first and second place, with Asfura in the lead.
Trump immediately issued a warning message, stating that if any attempt to overturn the election results is made, Honduras will pay a terrible price, and democracy must prevail.
This is not a coincidence. The timing of this incident in Honduras, while Trump is preparing military operations in Venezuela, sends a clear message. Trump's immediate reaction demonstrates a clear will to no longer tolerate the election fraud cartels in South American countries. It is a warning to Honduras that if they do not proceed correctly, they will face the same fate as Venezuela.
Election fraud in Honduras is not a new issue. In the 2017 presidential election, a centrist candidate was leading with 60% of the vote, but after the vote count stopped in the middle of the night and resumed, the leftist candidate made a comeback victory in a comical turn of events.
The Organization of American States (OAS), an election monitoring body, immediately launched an investigation and concluded that the election process was irregularly tainted and technically flawed, necessitating a new election. However, the Honduran CNE ignored this and allowed the leftist government to take office. While the centrist candidate went to the United States to seek truth, the CNE made a surprise announcement of victory. Election fraud protests erupted, and the international community condemned the situation, but to no avail. The leftist government then ruled Honduras for eight years.
The same pattern is repeating this time. As the right-wing candidate Asfura was leading, the vote count suddenly stopped. Then, in the middle of the night, strange poll results emerged. While pre-election polls indicated the left was leading, the actual vote count showed the opposite, sparking suspicions of poll manipulation.
The Financial Times has uncovered shocking details. It reveals a structure where Honduran polling organizations, media, and the election fraud cartel are interconnected, creating an atmosphere through opinion polls and then manipulating the vote count to alter the results. They are attempting to use the same methods from 2017 in 2025. However, the difference this time is that Trump is pressuring Venezuela while simultaneously monitoring Honduras in real-time to prevent election fraud.
Why Honduras Matters
The reason Honduras warrants attention is clear: Honduras uses the same system as Venezuela. The characteristic features of elections in Honduras and Venezuela include the use of Smartmatic electronic vote counters, Dominion voting systems, a surge in late-night voting, statistical anomalies, and a pattern of reversals after vote count suspensions. This pattern is precisely consistent with what was observed in the 2020 U.S. presidential election and the 2020 and 2024 South Korean general elections.
Trump aims to establish Honduras as a textbook case of election fraud to prove the reality of such schemes. If successful, this would connect to Venezuela, and if Venezuela collapses, it would lead to Bolivia. The re-investigation of the Bolivian election would commence, creating a domino effect where even South Korea would become subject to scrutiny for election fraud allegations.
This is precisely the point that Kash Patel, former acting Director of the U.S. Department of Defense, is concerned about. He notes that the global election fraud network shares identical technologies, and the electronic vote counters distributed worldwide by USAID with A-WEB certification from South Korea are all interconnected. The electronic vote-counting system developed by South Korea's National Election Commission was exported to South America, and Venezuela provided technology to Bolivia and Honduras, meaning they all stem from the same origin.
The situation of the vote count suspension in Honduras is reminiscent of the 2020 South Korean general election. On the night of the vote count, Democratic Party votes surged in the early morning, and statistically inexplicable vote patterns emerged. Allegations related to ballot papers without fold marks (memory paper) surfaced, but the National Election Commission refused requests for recounts, and the courts dismissed all election nullification lawsuits.
The same pattern repeated in the 2024 general election. Except for one case in Yangsan, no trials were held, indicating that Honduras and South Korea are using the same election fraud response manual.
Honduras is currently under global scrutiny, with Trump warning of immediate intervention if election fraud is attempted and the OAS election observation mission present. Furthermore, international media outlets are closely watching and reporting. The fact that vote counting has been suspended even in this environment is proof that election fraud is deeply ingrained in their system.
South Korea's National Election Commission must also be feeling uneasy. In fact, they should be trembling, because the election fraud patterns in Honduras and South Korea are identical. Once Trump addresses Honduras, Venezuela will be next, and after Venezuela, the focus will shift to South Korea.
Director Patel's team's international joint investigation has officially begun. Lee Jae-myung should realize, by observing the case in Honduras, that his turn will come soon. He will follow in Maduro's footsteps.
