A global online petition movement is underway with the goal of raising awareness about threats and situations affecting freedom of expression, freedom of faith, and freedom of election (fairness) in the United States and South Korea.
'Mega Alliance' has recently launched an online petition page. Its objective is to empower leaders who are fighting on the front lines to protect freedom.
Web address: https://www.megaalliance.org/ko/
In an introductory message posted in a Signal group chat, Mega Alliance stated, "So far, interviews have been participated in by prominent figures such as American lawyer Gordon Chang, former International Justice Ambassador Morse Tan, William Federer, President of Amerisearch and best-selling author, and Brad Dacus, President of the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI), who recently hosted Eric Trump. These individuals have expressed their support for protecting freedom."
The organization added, "We plan to continue connecting with and interviewing many patriotic influencers and citizens from the United States, South Korea, and around the world to generate support and petitions."
This petition movement comes as the Trump administration is expected to release documents related to alleged fraud in the 2020 presidential election this January. Additionally, a court ruling for South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol is also scheduled for January.
In an interview with Mega Alliance, former Ambassador Morse Tan stated, "Historically, when 3.5% of the population united and raised their voices, corrupt regimes were always replaced, and it typically took about three years for this to happen."
He emphasized, "Now is the time to find what we can do and unite our strength, rather than becoming discouraged and giving up."
William Federer, President of Amerisearch, remarked, "It is a cunning deception of the devil to make Christians say, 'I am too spiritual to get involved in politics.' The devil wants to erase the knowledge of God, and to achieve this, he uses dictatorial governments as a tool."
He stressed, "This is not just politics; it is a spiritual war."
Brad Dacus, President of PJI, stated, "If the government tramples on religious freedom and attempts to strip parents of their right to properly educate their children, then resisting is a 'sacred responsibility.'"
Addressing young people in South Korea, he urged, "Do not give up; keep raising your voices. We lose our freedom when we give it up."
At the AmericaFest2025 event hosted by Turning Point USA, Dacus said, "Churches are places filled with the love of Jesus, and they cannot help people outside the church walls. If they wish to help those outside the church, they must vote. Voting is an act that reveals the reality of the love we profess to have for those outside."
Lawyer Gordon Chang emphasized, "Many countries around the world are at a critical juncture. Freedom and faith are under attack globally. All those who love freedom must unite and support each other," urging them to sign the Mega Alliance petition.
It remains to be seen whether Mega Alliance, aiming to become the world's largest petition movement to protect freedom, will achieve its goal.
