On the 7th, the organization shared updates on one-person picket protests and street broadcasts held across the country, including Busan, Daegu, and Seoul (Gangnam, Songpa) via its official channels, calling for the unity of the conservative camp.

"The Political Balance is Broken; Expanding Conservative Voters is the Solution"

In this report, the Freedom Korea Patriot Association expressed concern by likening the current political situation in South Korea to the 'balance of gut flora.' Just as illness arises when the balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria is disrupted, they emphasized that the political balance is being broken as the conservative camp is currently shrinking.

In particular, regarding the constitutional amendment being pursued by the Democratic Party and certain factions, they criticized it as a "'trick amendment' intended to only expand the National Assembly's authority, not for the benefit of the people," and encouraged voters to actively voice their opinions to prevent it.

In addition to the activity report, a special lecture was held to re-examine modern history. On the 7th, at 2 PM, senior journalist Kim Yong-sam (former editor-in-chief of Monthly Chosun) was invited to give a lecture on the topic "The Fifth Republic, the Chun Doo-hwan Era (Part 2): Who Frustrated 'The Spring of Seoul'?"

This lecture was planned to analyze events that became turning points in Korean modern history, such as the 12.12 incident and the 5.18 Gwangju Uprising, from a new perspective and to delve deeply into the political realities of that time.

Oh Sang-jong, director of the Freedom Korea Patriot Association, added, "If we remain silent now, the next generation will bear the cost," and vowed to continue their efforts to protect conservative values.

Patriotic civic groups such as Dr. Oi (Director Lee Jeong-shin) and Noh Young-woo, former president of the Central High School Patriots' Association, participated in the event. "Dr. Oi" is an acronym for 'A group that only loves Presidents Rhee Syng-man, Park Chung-hee, and Park Geun-hye,' and its exact name is 'Oh-ee-bak-sa.'
