Hanmi Ilbo's YouTube channel has been creating short-form videos based on the numerous pieces of evidence of election fraud presented during the "Election Fraud Final Debate" on February 27th, garnering significant sympathy and support from netizens.

The video released on the 1st, titled "Lawyer Park Joo-hyun: 'Ballots Have Disappeared from the Recount Site'," discusses the election fraud case in Geumchon 2-dong, Paju, during the 2020 21st National Assembly election, where 20 ballots missing the election official's seal—an issue noted during the initial count—mysteriously disappeared during the recount.

In addition, Attorney Park presented the appearance of "cabbage-leaf ballots," which were not present during the initial count but were discovered during the recount, as another piece of evidence of election fraud.

A "cabbage-leaf ballot" refers to a ballot from the 21st general election's early voting period where the proportional representation ballot was printed overlapping the lower part of the constituency ballot, giving it a green, leaf-like appearance.

When this ballot was discovered and suspicions of election fraud were raised, the Supreme Court concluded after an assessment that the phenomenon was caused by a poll worker holding the paper, causing it to slip during inkjet printing.

Attorney Park Joo-hyun stated, "There was no mention of abnormal ballots in the voting records at the time of voting, nor was there any such content in the ballot counting records. They only appeared at the recount site."

Kim Mi-young, CEO of VON News, remarked, "There isn't a single citizen in the Republic of Korea who would vote on such (abnormal) ballots. If they were handed such a ballot, there would be an uproar."

So, what was the Supreme Court's ruling?

According to Attorney Park, "At the time, Justice Cheon Dae-yeop stated that there would have been no need to create (fabricate) early voting ballots and leave room for such issues," adding, "They issued an absurd ruling that if an unidentified person had forged the early voting ballots, they would not have done it in such a form."

In response, Attorney Park countered by using a violent crime as an analogy, asking, "If a criminal commits murder, how is this different from saying that the knife and fingerprints aren't evidence just because there was 'no reason' to leave them behind?"

In conclusion, Attorney Park stated, "The 20 ballots missing the election official's seal, which were recorded in the voting logs, disappeared without a trace, and the cabbage-leaf and arrow-marked ballots, which should never have existed, suddenly appeared at the recount. Isn't this clear evidence of election fraud?"

When Lee Jun-seok asked, "Isn't that just your one-sided claim? Do you have photos of the 20 ballots?", Attorney Park Joo-hyun presented as evidence a photo of the voting log written by the election management official, which stated, "At 09:30, approximately 20 ballots were issued to voters without the election official's seal."

Attorney Park revealed, "I was curious how they would rule on this issue, but the Supreme Court simply omitted this point of contention from the case entirely."

CEO Kim Mi-young boldly stated, "The Supreme Court justices are also part of an election fraud cartel," leaving Lee Jun-seok momentarily stunned and unable to respond.
