Reporter Lee Sang-ro of "Camera Dispatch" has sent a second certified mail to 'Lee Jae-myung'.

I informed you in a certified mail dated March 5th that you are a fake president. There is no longer any room for debate. Numerous 'brick ballots' were discovered at each vote counting site, and all evidence has already been collected. 

The statute of limitations for your election fraud crimes will begin from the moment you step down from the presidency. As long as you are alive, you will live in fear of imprisonment. Furthermore, all the 'bulletproof' bills you have pushed through are void. 

The case of President Kim Young-sam creating retroactive legislation to prosecute former presidents Chun Doo-hwan and Roh Tae-woo can be applied to your situation. 

Your actions over the past nine months show a desperate effort to avoid prosecution for past crimes. However, there isn't a single person who won't betray you. 

Kim Eo-jun and MBC, whom you favor, are prime examples. The moment you step down from the presidency, all your close associates will turn their knives on you. In other words, only Han Dong-hoon exists among your close associates.

If President Yoon Suk-yeol had established a fair election system at the beginning of his term, he would not be in jail now. This applies equally to you. If unfair elections continue as they are now, the beneficiaries will be your close associates. You gain nothing from it. Instead, your chances of going to jail after leaving office only increase. 

Your circle is rife with people aiming to secure positions through fraudulent elections. However, once you step down from the presidency, there will be no one to help you. On the contrary, they will readily make you a scapegoat if they can prosecute you and gain their own political advantage. 

You do not have much time. A fair election system must be implemented starting from the local elections on June 3rd, which will be held soon. 

There is another reason why you must hurry. Soon, President Trump of the United States is expected to announce China's deep involvement in the elections of the United States and South Korea.
