The Free High School Federation installed a banner in the Gangdong-gu district of Seoul on the 21st stating, "June 3rd Disputed Election Re-election, Same-Day Voting and Counting." The banner also includes the phrase "Let's gather at Olympic Park, the sanctuary of liberal democracy," and specifies the location as Exit 3 of Olympic Park Station on the subway.
