To Chairman Yoon Sang-hyun of the Special Committee for National Audit,

Before I get to the main point, I must regretfully and presumptuously state that we, patriotic citizens, do not consider you a highly trustworthy figure.

I believe you are well aware of the reasons. However, I have faith in your admirable character and anticipate your active performance. Today, I will outline three priority tasks for the Special Committee.

First, the approximately 380 ballot boxes in the Songpa Handball Stadium must undergo public verification.

Second, the verification of the National Election Commission's servers, currently being conducted by the police and prosecution, must include civilian experts recommended by the Special Committee.

Third, individuals who have claimed election fraud must be summoned as witnesses to provide public testimony. Their statements must then be meticulously scrutinized by the Special Committee. This is the only way to resolve national doubts and fulfill the purpose of the Special Committee's existence.

Our citizens expect you, Chairman Yoon Sang-hyun, to uncover the reality of election fraud without a shred of doubt.

Lastly, I wish to state:

While there may be fraud in elections, there is no mismanagement.

If the Special Committee attempts to frame the current situation as a case of mismanagement, the National Assembly will face significant resistance. Naturally, your own future as a politician will also be affected. Thank you.
