A woman in her 30s, referred to as 'Ol-darc' (올다르크·a portmanteau of Olympic Park and Joan of Arc), shared her bold thoughts immediately after her arrest warrant was dismissed on the 21st, asking about the well-being of First Lady Kim Keon-hee: "I thought, if I feel this uncomfortable, how much more uncomfortable must the more esteemed First Lady Kim be?"

Following the June 3rd alleged election fraud, she became a sensation within the patriotic camp on social media after she stood alone to protect the integrity of the ballot boxes against the forceful entry of public authority into the vote-counting station at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. She earned nicknames such as "Door-blocking Woman," "Olympic Park Woman," and "Stars and Stripes Woman."

Judge Seo Beom-jun of the Seoul Eastern District Court, who oversees warrant proceedings, held an interrogation (warrant review) for suspect A, who is charged with obstruction of business, on the 21st, and dismissed the arrest warrant request late that night.

The court explained the grounds for the dismissal, stating, "It is difficult to see any risk of destruction of evidence or flight."

Leaving the Songpa Police Station around 11:50 PM on the 21st, where she had been detained while awaiting the results, Ol-darc first expressed a sense of relief, saying, "I thought the results wouldn't come out until 3:00 AM, but they came out earlier than I expected."

She added with confidence, "It was a bit uncomfortable being the only woman in the detention center," and "Even though I knew it would likely be dismissed, the process itself was a source of pressure, but I was not intimidated."

In particular, she showed firm resolve, stating, "After experiencing the feeling of being controlled and losing freedom, I realized that if freedom is lost, it's not just my future, but the future of the (public) that is at risk, so I felt I must fight even harder." She then expressed her gratitude to the patriotic citizens, saying, "Thank you for your concern."

Regarding the YouTube channel she opened on the 20th, the day before her warrant review, she drew a line by stating, "The investigation is not over yet," and indicated she would not include content related to the investigation. Instead, she expressed plans to appear on attorney Park Joo-hyun's YouTube channel and "possibly do a live stream together next time if the opportunity arises."

Meanwhile, it was reported that of the five people who underwent the arrest warrant review along with Ol-darc, four were released, while the court issued an arrest warrant for one male suspect.

A live stream by the operator of the YouTube channel 'Leftist Bomber TV,' whose arrest warrant was also dismissed along with Ol-darc. 

The arrest warrant for the operator of the YouTube channel 'Bomber against Leftist(좌파폭격기) TV' was also dismissed.

Immediately after being released, the operator started a live broadcast and expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you to the many people, including those who came from Daegu, for worrying until late at night."

He explained, "One young man in his 20s remained in detention as an arrest warrant was issued for him on charges of special obstruction of official duties. I understand the warrant was issued on the grounds of flight risk."

He added, "I know he was referred to as 'public security' because the police were not wearing name tags at the time. My heart aches because I met him while waiting for the warrant review, and it is regrettable that one person was left behind."

“The lawyer mentioned mid-process that the review might be delayed due to the high volume of people. Usually, results are given before midnight, so I had prepared myself for it not to come out until 3 AM. It came out earlier than I had expected or prepared for.” 

-The dismissal of the warrant was only natural, but it seems these days, you have to struggle to secure rights that should be taken for granted. 

“Even though I knew it would obviously be dismissed, the process itself was a source of pressure. However, I was not intimidated. After experiencing the feeling of being controlled and losing freedom, I realized that if we lose our freedom, it puts not only my future but the future of all (citizens) at risk, so I felt I must fight even harder.”
