The June 3rd local elections were not a festival of democracy, but a 'crime scene' that stripped voters of their rights and suffrage. What is the reality behind the disappearance of ballots, the damage to ballot boxes of unknown origin, and the 380 ballot boxes held captive in the Olympic Park handball stadium awaiting a recount, primarily in the Gangnam 3 districts?

This is not merely an administrative error or mismanagement. It is an organized destruction of the constitution and fraudulent voting that dismantled the very foundation of the national election system and nullified the people's right to vote.

Although the opposition party-led special prosecutor's office and the ruling and opposition parties have now agreed on a parliamentary investigation, this is nothing more than a cowardly excuse to quell public outrage. They will once again attempt to conceal the truth by cutting corners and delaying the process.

We issue a warning.

Any parliamentary investigation that does not uproot the rotten core of fraudulent voting is a deception of the people and a declaration of war against them. In the name of the sovereign people, we urge for a practical 'parliamentary investigation roadmap' to normalize South Korea, and for a 'political overhaul' through the public recount of the 380 ballot boxes held at Olympic Park and a complete rerun of the elections.

First, the ruling and opposition parties must reveal the full extent of the June 3rd fraudulent elections through a transparent parliamentary investigation.

The National Assembly's parliamentary investigation must succeed through 'transparency' and 'immediacy.' The 380 ballot boxes confined at Olympic Park are the scene of a constitutional crime. Through an immediate recount, not a single forged vote should be permitted, and the entire vote-counting process should be broadcast live to expose all allegations of fraudulent voting.

The National Election Commission's server, seized by the joint investigation headquarters of the prosecution and police, is a 'black box' that holds all the truth. The issuance records per polling station, access logs, and internal approval lines of the server must be fully disclosed, and a public digital forensic examination involving external experts and citizens must be conducted immediately. If there is nothing to hide, there is no reason to refuse. The National Assembly should abandon its evasive tactics, heed the angry public sentiment, and uphold the people's solemn command by opening the window of truth.

Second, given the revealed fraudulent voting, the election must be re-judged through a 'complete rerun.'

The National Election Commission's overall mismanagement is an inexcusable act of national subversion. The results of the June 3rd election, which undermined constitutional values by depriving citizens of their right to vote due to a shortage of ballots, must be completely invalidated, and a rerun election must be conducted through a 'hand count of same-day ballots' in all districts.

Just as drinks deemed contaminated are entirely discarded, the outcomes derived from an tainted and fraudulent election are fundamentally invalid, constituting an 'usurpation of public power and rebellion through elections.' The authority exercised by those elected under conditions of unresolved fraud allegations lacks basis and effect. All administrative and political decisions they have made have lost their legitimacy. The only way to restore the spirit of the constitution is to strip the beneficiaries of the fraudulent election of all power they are set to enjoy from July 1st.

Third, President Lee Jae-myung must resign, and the corrupt political establishment must be replaced.

At the pinnacle of the June 3rd fraudulent elections stands President Lee, who has corrupted South Korean politics. Wi Cheol-hwan, the standing member and de facto controller of the National Election Commission, is a former colleague of President Lee from law school. He is the biggest beneficiary of the tainted election process and a symbol of the old politics that shook the constitutional order. With the fraudulent elections revealed, he cannot evade the legal and political responsibility he must bear.

The people's command is clear. The criminals of this fraudulent election cannot be covered up by cutting off minor figures. The politicians who have sickened the nation for personal gain and political power must step down immediately, and the student activist group that has protected him and condoned the fraud must disappear into history.

The people view both the old politicians and their protectors as targets for elimination.

We hope that the parliamentary investigation agreed upon by the National Assembly will be a sword to uncover the truth, not a shield to protect the body of the fraud. We hope that the recount of the 380 ballot boxes confined at 'Olympic Park,' a nationwide rerun election, and the legal punishment of those responsible will be carried out through a transparent parliamentary investigation, thereby restoring national sovereignty and saving justice in South Korea.

The time has come to judge the massive fraudulent election scheme with the will of the people.

Without a 'political overhaul' that overhauls the corrupt political establishment that planned the fraudulent elections, benefited from them, and seeks to maintain that fraudulent system, there is no future for South Korea.

We will fight to the end. We intend to prove through direct action with the people that the corrupt power that deceived the public and usurped public authority through fraudulent elections will be judged.
