The heart of the Republic of Korea, protected by blood and sweat, is ceasing to beat.
Elections, the flower of democracy, are a sacred ritual for entrusting state power and the people's sole weapon to judge corrupt officials and change governments based on fairness and transparency.
However, due to the protection and corruption of the organizations managing elections and the judiciary, the National Election Commission has become an unfixable black hole of dark fraud. The constitutional order of the Republic of Korea is being shamefully trampled upon by the collusion of the fraudulent election cartel.
The spontaneous uprising of citizens to reclaim sovereignty in the Olympic Park area of Jamsil is the legitimate anger of a nation witnessing a comprehensively fraudulent election and the 'June 3rd Jamsil Citizens' Revolution' to overcome the existential crisis facing South Korean democracy, representing a second April 19th Revolution.
We urge, with a grave resolve to spill our blood, that the 'June 3rd Jamsil Citizens' Revolution,' dedicated to eradicating fraudulent elections and defending the sovereignty of liberal democracy, does not become distorted by external interference, and we make the following demands:
First, dissolve the National Election Commission, which has destroyed the constitutional order, and establish an 'Emergency Election Management' organization.
The National Election Commission has become an unassailable sanctuary, beyond external checks, and has trampled on its own authority as a constitutional institution through over 1,000 cases of recruitment irregularities and moral hazard. It has been revealed as a cancerous entity that cannot be reformed.
We, in the name of the people, urge the ruling and opposition parties to immediately impeach Standing Committee Member Wi Cheol-hwan, and we urge the judiciary to reveal the crimes of former Chairman Noh Tae-ak and 12 other top officials, as recommended by its internal fact-finding committee, and punish them with the maximum sentence.
Furthermore, an 'Emergency Election Management Organization' must be formed, transcending political disputes, to dissolve the National Election Commission and implement practical measures to fundamentally block the seeds of fraud, such as the complete abolition of the unconstitutional early voting system, manual counting on election day, and a public recruitment process for the Election Management Committee Chairman, excluding judges.
Immediate and transparent public verification of the '382 ballot boxes' confined in Jamsil must be conducted to reveal whether there was any loss of ballot boxes, tampered seals, or manipulation in the vote counting, thereby halting the atrocity of disguising fraudulent elections as mere flaws.
Second, the Special Committee for National Audit should move to eradicate fraudulent elections.
The recent 'ballot paper shortage incident,' exposed to the world, is not a mere administrative error but evidence of a comprehensive fraudulent election. It is being ridiculed that the election fraud was so clumsy that it was discovered after the kidnapping and detention of the computer manipulation technicians, revealing their inability to perform basic arithmetic.
The Special Committee for National Audit, which is supposed to investigate the truth, is already showing signs of devolving into a 'containment strategy' aimed at downplaying and defending the situation. The public is watching with anger and distrust whether an investigative committee composed of individuals who have previously ignored suspicions of fraudulent elections can truly uncover the truth.
This Special Committee for National Audit must not become a mere formality that only skirts the issue. It must unreservedly investigate the National Election Commission's security systems and the management of ballot papers, trace the serial numbers of the ballot papers, verify the CCTV footage of the entire vote-counting process to present irrefutable decisive evidence, and focus solely on the core objective of 'eradicating fraudulent elections.' If this national audit also conceals the truth, it will face an unprecedented popular resistance in the history of the constitution.
Third, conduct a comprehensive audit of the election system in cooperation with the international community.
The current situation, where the fraudulent election cartel is investigating the truth and conducting a national audit, is precarious and contradictory, akin to performing heart surgery with contaminated hands. The delayed investigation by the joint investigation headquarters of the prosecution and police appears to be a self-service immunity process.
In the digital age, election manipulation is an act of hostility that undermines national security. The closed operations of the corrupt National Election Commission can no longer guarantee the cybersecurity of the Republic of Korea. We urge the immediate formation of a 'ROK-US Joint Investigation Team' with the United States, which possesses world-class technological capabilities, to clearly investigate suspicions of hacking and intervention by external malicious forces.
Furthermore, we must impose strong asset freeze sanctions on those involved in fraudulent elections at the alliance level and invite observers from internationally recognized organizations such as the United Nations (UN) to build an impregnable security bulwark proving the legitimacy of the election process and prepare for a comprehensive re-election.
We issue a stern warning to the political circles. Immediately cease all attempts to obscure the essence of the current national crisis through petty strategic constitutional amendment discussions. Additionally, we strongly urge President Lee Jae-myung, the head of the executive branch, to take decisive action, including 'resignation,' taking responsibility for the current situation that has led to the violation of the constitutional order and national chaos.
We declare that restoring the collapsed Republic of Korea is a solemn mission of our era and a constitutional duty that risks our lives. We repeatedly declare that we will never back down until the day fraudulent elections are eradicated and the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea is normalized.
