A month has passed since the truth was revealed regarding the unprecedented deprivation of suffrage and the usurpation of state sovereignty in the history of the Republic of Korea's constitutional government. Over the past few years, we have witnessed the sanctuary of democracy—the election—being thoroughly violated by the dark hands of power.

Faced with the harrowing reality where ballot box seals are broken, data is manipulated, and the solemn will of the people is distorted into digital figures, we now gather our cries of fury to declare a fight to the death to reclaim the stolen sovereignty of the Republic of Korea.

First, the People Power Party must push for a special prosecutor to "eradicate election fraud," even if it means all members resign in protest.

Although the current Special Investigation Committee is doing its best against shameless individuals who lack conscience and remorse, its proceedings—often criticized by election fraud conspiracy theorists—appear lukewarm at best.

The members of the Special Investigation Committee, having seen the evidence with their own eyes, must have witnessed countless signs of election fraud at the Olympic Park ballot storage facility on July 2nd. What is the meaning of the 40,000 extra ballots, the ballots without serial numbers, and the broken seals that caused such an uproar? We applaud the remarks of People Power Party lawmaker Joo Jin-woo, who stated, "No one can say anymore that there was no election fraud."

Everyone knows that the Olympic Park storage facility contained 380 ballot boxes, yet the Songpa-gu Election Commission responded that there were 420. There was no CCTV in the storage facility, and the iron doors lacked even a proper lock. Despite seeing countless sites of election fraud, the Special Investigation Committee did not press for answers or even verify the seals on the ballot boxes.

The ruling party suggested moving the ballot boxes to the National Election Commission, while the opposition party suggested keeping them as they were to avoid misunderstandings.

The chairman of the Special Investigation Committee, who had the authority to order a recount, displayed incompetence by speaking as if he were a third party, merely suggesting that a recount be "reviewed." This was nothing more than "accomplices surveying the crime scene" with no intent to uncover the truth, serving only as a superficial investigation to deceive the public. We could not sleep from fury while watching the substandard remarks made by lawmakers on our TV screens.

The public now demands an overwhelming struggle to eradicate election fraud by uncovering the reality of the situation. The People Power Party must burn its bridges, even if it requires the mass resignation of its members, to push through an opposition-led special prosecution. We must cut out the core of this election fraud through a special prosecutor appointed by the opposition and restore the collapsed rule of law in the Republic of Korea.

Second, let us unite under a "Right-wing Big Tent" to eradicate election fraud and reclaim our stolen Republic of Korea.

We can no longer remain in isolated struggles to defeat the election fraud cartel, which, despite being caught red-handed, is desperate to offer cunning excuses and erase the traces of their crimes.

We must unite into a massive "Right-wing Big Tent" under the single goal of "eradicating election fraud." We intend to expand the 10 million signature campaign nationwide to reveal the truth of the election fraud to the public in detail and completely crush the unjust power cartel through a general uprising.

Third, dismantle the National Election Commission—a hotbed of crime—in the name of the people.

The National Election Commission is not an object to be warned, but a hotbed of crime that must be dismantled immediately. They will likely try to hide the truth from the public and plot endless lawsuits, using the "Information and Communications Network Act," which takes effect on July 7, as a shield. An institution that has completely lost the public's trust has no right to exist.

We demand the immediate arrest and investigation of key NEC officials, including Noh Tae-ak and Wi Cheol-hwan, as well as their IT staff. Furthermore, all NEC employees must be strictly prohibited from accessing ballot boxes, and they must be completely excluded from any future recount processes.

We have formed the "National Coalition for the Struggle Against Election Fraud" in solidarity with 26 organizations dedicated to eradicating election fraud. We declare to the whole world that we will fight to the death with "bare-knuckled resolve" to reclaim our stolen "Republic of Korea."
