A is accused of brandishing a pair of scissors at a general hospital in Sangdang-gu, Cheongju, at approximately 11:00 p.m. the previous day, threatening two staff members, including a nurse, by saying, "I will kill you."

It is reported that he committed the act because the staff would not comply with his demands to be discharged.

The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
